For some older persons, this is their most reliable meal of the week.

This is one of the core activities.
Older persons receive weekly nutritious meals, often once a week.
It serves 30–100+ older people at a time.
It creates a social space where elders connect and reduce loneliness.
Encourages belonging, identity, and shared experience

Home Visits Program

For elders who cannot physically reach the center:
Volunteers visit them at home.

They provide emotional support, basic healthcare help, and companionship.
It ensures even bedridden elders are not isolated or forgotten.
